Buyer agents will be paid based on the average Buyer Agent Commission their own firm has offered in the last six months. We feel buyer agents work too hard in this market to continue to see lower and lower commissions being offered.

• Based on Buyer Agent Commission % for all Active, Pending, and Closed sales in the last 6 months
• New construction is NOT included
• If BA% offered was a flat fee, it was computed to % based on list price
• If average is over 2.4%, commission will be 2.4%.
• Seller will retain proceeds from lower commission
• NCREC and TMLS were consulted before doing this
